Well I like it. Hard to mix the two canons, but this is an interesting way to try it. It doesn't QUITE pass the logic test for me, but it's an enjoyable ride.

As a Dresden reader i liked how you handled Rashid. I thought Dresden was too unfunny his natural response is always to joke and it only gets more that way the worse the situation is. I.e. he should have cracked at least a few funnies durring that conversation with Rashid. and i hope you make Dumbledore realy Bad-ass. Thanks for writing, Jay

I thought that this chapter was pretty good. I was a little doubtful at first as to whether or not you would be able to properly characterise Dresden, but I think you succeeded - it felt very genuine to me, and I just finished reading Turn Coat a couple days ago, so time hasn't muddied my memories. I found the chapter interesting, despite what you had done to explain things to those who haven't read Dresden. I think that your explanation was petty good, but I can't really say how I'd understand things if I had not read the Dresden Files. Still, wasn't boring at all, you included enough original content along with your explanations to keep it interesting. In fact, I find myself hanging for more In my personal opinion, the White Council isn't any stronger than the "Wild Wizards". I mean, that's not to say they wouldn't win, but if everyone got over their fear off Dark Magic, than spamming Avada Kedavra would be a damned efficient weapon. The White Council wizards lack the ability to Apparate and the ability to transfigure or conjure any physical shields. Frankly, I think they'd go down like flies in direct combat. Anyway, looking forward to more. Loved your disclaimer, too.

wow... Dresden Files crossover! yay! from the title i assume HP is not all the way gone? sooo my guess is that HP and LV will end up as a merged outsider like being. and that Dresden will get pulled in because of his outsiderbane-ness. could be lots of fun, i hope Dumbledore is a main character you write him very well.
